After lunch and a short rest we enjoy the sounds and views that the cloud forest offers. The next day (2) we will go and explore five waterfalls and the remains of mining exploration sites during a hike (7 hours) through the primary forest, where we will have the chance to observe a multitude of plants and animals. On day 3 we will walk to the village of Junín and listen to the stories and experiences of several families involved in the fight of the community against mining companies to protect their rich environment. We continue with private transport to the community of El Rosal where we will have our dinner and accommodation.
